Shipping rates
Canadian flat rates are CA$25 for BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Yukon; CA$30 for Ontario and Quebec; and CA$35 for NB, NL, NT, NS, NU and PE. Canadian orders of CA$149 or more ship free. United States shipping is CA$25 with no free-shipping tier.
Order tracking
When tracking is available, shipment updates will be sent using the contact information attached to the order.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact support with the order number and relevant photographs so the request can be reviewed. Do not discard packaging or affected items until support responds.
